1. Agreement to these terms

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase from us.

2. About our products

We sell athleisure apparel and related goods. Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance. Colours may vary slightly due to screens or production batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue items without notice.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before checkout is completed. Promotions and discounts apply only as described at the time of offer.

3. Orders & contract formation

When you submit an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email — not when payment is initiated or when items remain in your cart.

We may cancel an order (and refund any payment received) if items are unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if shipping restrictions apply, or if there is an obvious pricing or system error.

4. Payment

Payment methods available at checkout will be shown on the site. Where card or wallet payments are not yet offered, we may confirm orders pending payment and provide instructions separately (for example bank transfer). An order is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by us where payment is required in advance.

You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion, or fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control are not our fault, but we will try to help you track your parcel.

6. Returns, refunds & exchanges

Our return and exchange rules (including time limits and condition of items) are set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Those rules form part of these terms. Refunds, where approved, are made to the original payment method when possible.

7. Accounts

You may shop as a guest or register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual property

All website content — including logos, product photography, text, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to OHNE Athleisure and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or exploit our content without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Harass our staff or other customers.
• Resell products purchased from us in breach of any applicable laws or our policies.

10. Disclaimer

The website and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms; material changes to existing orders will not apply retroactively without your consent.
